How do I return all or part of my order?
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any products in new, unused, undamaged condition for a full refund, shipping not included. Restock charges may apply. Refunds are given in the same manner that was used to purchase. However, items that were cut to your specifications, special order items and Amerock Designer Import Hardware Knobs and Pulls may not be returned.
- Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and is not a reason to return a product. We will assist you in settling your claim with the carrier.
- Gadsden Hardware® is not responsible for the return shipping charges unless we shipped the product in error.
- To return product, contact Gadsden Hardware® to receive an RGA#.
- Then, either mail or ship the product to the address below. Insurance on your return is highly recommended. Gadsden Hardware® is not responsible for returns that are lost while in transit.
- Please make sure the RGA# is on the label.
- Remember, restock charges of up to 15% may apply (Not a Gadsden Hardware Fee).
